Built on portions of a 23,000-acre ranch in Orange County, Ladera Ranch is a 4,000-acre planned community in Southern California that began in 1999. Ladera Ranch property is part of the Rancho Mission Viejo cattle ranch which is owned and operated by the O'Neill, Avery, and Moiso families.
Adjacent to San Juan Capistrano, Mission Viejo, and Rancho Santa Margarita, this area of California real estate differentiates itself from other communities in a number of ways.
